bienvenidos a mi blog!
so i'm teaching one of my classes... and during this particular class, thomas (my worldTeach supervisor) was observing. the lesson is going great so far... i've taught them the question "how are you?" and different emotions that they can use to answer that question.
so i'm feeling confident that my students have mastered this subject, so i go up to javiera and say "hey, how are you today?" (here it is... the moment of truth. am i a good teacher?! did she learn? come on javiera... dont make me look bad in front of thomas!)

oh man... okay that was totally not right, but it was super funny... and it exemplifies my life here in chile to the tee. a learning experience, not perfect all the time, but pretty dang fun...
